A Formula 1 scripted series is in the making, with Daniel Ricciardo teaming up with Hulu, a Disney-backed streaming platform.
With racing series and movies becoming more and more popular, Hulu has decided to join other streaming giants, like Apple and Netflix, to create such project of their own.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that the series will consist of half-hour episodes and will involve around the world of F1.
We still don't know many details about the series, as the project is currently in early development stages and the writer is yet to be found. What we know is, that Daniel Ricciardo will be the executive producer, with ABC Signature, Lionsgate Television and Temple Hill’s Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, Phoebe Zimmer and Sydney Title as the developers.
