What the new Alpine investment means for the team and how it will effect them
On Monday Alpine announced they had received a $200m cash investment from a US Firm that includes the likes of Ryan Reynolds and Michael B. Jordan.

So who are the Alpine investors?
After Monday's announcement that Alpine has received a $200m investment from American Investors it is clear that the team is headed in the right direction. The investment group included Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds, Rob McElhenney and Michael B. Jordan which shows that Alpine is in great hands when it comes to generating more income and boosting its profile in the US.
The investment group consisted of three financial entities which are Otro Capital, Redbird Capital Partners and Maximum Effort Investments paid $200m for a 24% stake in the team. The cash investment could take the French team to heights it has never been before and would solidify Renault's commitment to the Alpine F1 project.

The teams new investors have a variety of sports in their portfolio's ranging from the NFL and MLB to Premier League team Liverpool FC. As many know as well Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney own Wrexham FC and took them to the league title this past season.
In the announcement Alpine had this to say about their newest investors "The investor group has a strong track record of company-building with recognized partners such as the Dallas Cowboys, Fenway Sports Group, the NFL, Toulouse FC and Wrexham AFC.
"Alpine F1 team will also benefit from the Investor Group's expertise in data and technology, key enablers of marketing and commercial performance."
Alpine CEO Laurent Rossi also spoke on the new investment saying “This association is an important step to enhance our performance at all levels."
"First, Otro Capital, RedBird Capital Partners and Maximum Effort Investments, as international players with strong track record in the sports industry, will bring their recognized expertise to boost our media and marketing strategy, essential to support our sporting performance over the long term.
"Second, the incremental revenue generated will in turn be reinvested in the team, in order to further accelerate our Mountain Climber plan, aimed at catching up with top teams in terms of state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.”
