United States GP 2022 - FP3: Verstappen leads as Leclerc and Sainz follow
Max Verstappen topped the last practice session of the US GP weekend, followed by Charles Leclerc in P2 and Carlos Sainz in P3, with 0.450 sec covering the top 3.

Max Verstappen lead the pack ahead of Qualifying, as Charles Leclerc finished in P2, with Carlos Sainz in P3.
Sergio Perez in P4, just ahead of Lewis Hamilton in P5, who seems like he feels a little more confident in that Mercedes. Fernando Alonso finished 6th, followed by George Russell in P7.
Completing the top 10, the two Aston Martins were separated by just 0.064 sec, with Sebastian Vettel in P8, leading Lance Stroll in P9, and Pierre Gasly in P10.
Four drivers are set to receive penalties ahead of tomorrow's race:
Charles Leclerc: The Monegasque will receive a 10-place grid drop, as Ferrari have mounted a new TC and ICE to his car.
Sergio Perez: Red Bull have opted for a new ICE, so Perez will start the US GP with a 5-place grid penalty to his name.
Zhou Guanyu: F1's first ever Chinese driver has also received a 5-place grid penalty, as Alfa Romeo replaced his car's ICE.
Fernando Alonso: The 2-time Champion will also receive a 5-place grid drop, as Alpine have also gone for a new ICE.
