French GP 2022 - FP2: 1-2 for Ferrari, Verstappen follows
Carlos Sainz topped Friday's second and last practice session of the French GP weekend, followed by Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc in P2 and Max Verstappen in P3.

Same conditions as FP1, with track temperature reaching 59.4ºC, Ferrari seem to be able to work their tyres well under these conditions.
Carlos Sainz led a Ferrari 1-2, with Charles Leclerc right behind him, followed by Max Verstappen in P3.
A British trio occupied the next places, with George Russell in P4 leading Lewis Hamilton in P5 and Lando Norris in P6.
Pierre Gasly looks like he has completely resolved his FP1 engine issues, scoring another top 10-result, finishing in P7. Kevin Magnussen placed his Haas in P8, followed by Daniel Ricciardo and Sergio Perez in P10, completing the top 10.
Remember that Carlos Sainz will receive a 10-place grid drop ahead of Sunday's French Grand Prix, as Ferrari have mounted a new Control Electronics (CE), which is his third of the season. The change came after Sainz's fiery engine-related DNF at the closing stages of the Austrian Grand Prix.
