Belgian GP - Qualifying: Verstappen on pole, "Mr. Saturday" Russell, scary crash for Norris.
Max Verstappen managed to score the 9th pole position of his career, this time in the wet Spa-Francorchamps. The dutch set a 1:59.765 in the intermediate tyres, followed by the phenomenal George Russell in P2 and Lewis Hamilton in P3, 0.013s behind Russell.

Daniel Ricciardo in P4, his best qualifying result for the 2021 season, followed by Sebastian Vettel in P5, Pierre Gasly in P6 and Sergio Perez in P7.
Valtteri Bottas didn't seem to be comfortable in the wet, and only managed to placed in P8. Let's not forget he also has a 5-place grid penalty for causing race start chaos in the Hungarian GP, so he'll start the race from P13. Completing the top 10, Esteban Ocon in P9 (P8 on the grid), followed by Lando Norris in P10, who will definetely receive penalties, after the terrifying crash he had at the beginning of Q3.
Just a minute after the beginning of Q3, with Sebastian Vettel asking for a red flag due to heavy rain, Lando Norris lost control of his car , sending it into the barriers at the top of Eau Rouge, almost destroying the car completely. The world feed showed him getting out of his McLaren and walking to the medical car, holding his left arm. The team has released an update saying: "Following his accident during qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix, Lando was checked at the trackside medical centre and then sent to a local hospital for a precautionary x-ray of his elbow. A further update will be issued in due course."
Eliminated in Q2: Charles Leclerc (P11), Nicholas Latifi (P12), Carlos Sainz (P13), Fernando Alonso (P14) and Lance Stroll (P15).
Eliminated in Q1: Antonio Giovinazzi (P16), Yuki Tsunoda (P17), Mick Schumacher (P18), Kimi Raikkonen (P19) and Nikita Mazepin (P20).
