In this session, we mainly saw qualifying simulation laps, on soft tyres and low fuel.
Max Verstappen topped the second practice session of the weekend, followed by Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton, separated by only 0.095 seconds.
Hamilton seemed to struggle on the soft tyres, while his medium tyres runs were much more stable.
A surprise P4 for Ferrari's Carlos Sainz, keeping Valtteri Bottas in 5th and Daniel Ricciardo in 6th.
Both Alpha Tauri drivers in the top 10, with Yuki Tsunoda in P7 and Pierre Gasly in P9, splitted by Lance Stroll. Sergio Perez completing the top 10, being 0.656 behind his team mate.
Kimi Raikkonen hit the barrier and damaged his front wing during the first half of the session, resulting a total of just 15 laps and managing a P16 in the final classification.
