Azerbaijan GP - FP2: Ferrari back on top, with Red Bull still very close

Ferrari's Charles Leclerc topped the last practice session of the day, clocking a 1:43.224, followed by Sergio Perez in P2 and Max Verstappen in P3.

Sergio Perez's day proved to be great overall, despite some lock-ups, as the Mexican went fastest this morning in FP1, and continued his great performance in FP2 as well, placing his Red Bull in P2. Very close behind him, Max Verstappen in P3, seems like the DRS issues he had this morning have been resolved.

Fernando Alonso in P4, showed some really good pace in his Alpine, with his teammate, Esteban Ocon in P9.

Both Ferrari drivers are still struggling with the porpoising effect, with Carlos Sainz not being able to climb higher than P5. Leclerc reported some engine power loss towards the end of the session, with his engineers assuring him that "everything is fine".

Completing the top 10: Pierre Gasly in P6, George Russell in P7, Yuki Tsunoda in P8, Esteban Ocon in P9 and Lando Norris in P10.

Outside the top 10, Alex Albon's FP2 ended earlier, as he had some damage after he hit the wall at turn 17.

See you tomorrow for FP3, the last pracicce session of the Azerbaijan GP weekend.
